OK, I have added everyone who has signed up as an "administrator." This will enable you to edit posts, change the look of the blog, and add fun widgets like the links list to the right. You can also add polls to have the department answer such probing questions as "Who would win in a fight: Otto von Bismark or James Monroe?", "Where should we eat lunch?" or "Who is sexier: Donald Rumsfeld or...well, just about anyone?"

b) Should we restrict access to this blog to members of the department, or are we secure enough to go global?
